Web Surveys
Many research projects can be completed online in a fraction of the time and at a much more economical price. IVR
Interactive Voice Response (IVR) surveys are conducted
through an automated voice messaging system. Through IVR,
clients can distribute a toll free telephone number to potential
respondents and allow them to call in to complete a survey
at their convenience. Respondents use their touch-tone phone
pad to respond to professionally voiced, pre-recorded verbal
instructions. Combined with the right incentives, this sophisticated
mode of collection can remove interviewer bias and dramatically
reduce fielding costs. Read More.

Aided Telephone Interviewing (CATI) projects. We've learned

the completed surveys our clients need, even from low incidence
samples. Read More.
