IVR

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) surveys are conducted through an automated voice messaging system. Through IVR, clients can distribute a toll free telephone number to potential respondents and allow them to call in to complete a survey at their convenience. Respondents use their touch-tone phone pad to respond to professionally voiced, pre-recorded verbal instructions. Combined with the right incentives, this sophisticated mode of collection can remove interviewer bias and dramatically reduce fielding costs. Outbound survey invitation calls to potential respondents can be done automatically or we can use live interviewers to secure respondent participation, then transfer them into the IVR survey. IVR technology can be a more cost effective solution for particular types of studies where respondent convenience is a priority.
